  • RETURN & REFUND POLICY

    Queen Sheba ceramics will exchange any item with an item of equal value within 14 days of delivery should you not be totally happy with your purchase, (does not include delivery charges). Return your item with your  receipt and a brief explanation of the problem and what you would like to exchange your item for.  

    NOTE: It is imperative that an item returned must be in original condition and packaging with tags still attached.

    In addition, you may return any Queen Sheba ceramics item within 30 days if it should be received with major defects. Queen Sheba ceramics will examine the goods for defects and exchange them without question. If an exchange item is not available, Queen Sheba ceramics will refund in full the cost of the goods.

    The cost incurred for returning non faulty goods shall be at the customer's expense. The return delivery charges will be refunded or no charge will be made for the delivery of exchange items if the goods are found to be defective.

    Shipping costs of any returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer. As we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit, all returned goods are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us. We strongly recommend that you use Tracked Delivery, Registered Post or your local equivalent when returning an item or items to us.

    PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND ON SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS UNLESS FAULTY. ORDERS USING COUPON CODES CAN ONLY RECEIVE STORE CREDIT.

    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.  

    Queen Sheba ceramics will endeavor to ship within 1-2 working days from receipt of order making delivery 5-10 business days. Our delivery times are indicative only and Queen Sheba ceramics will not be liable for any failure to observe these delivery times. 

    Queen Sheba ceramics products are packaged with the upmost care to ensure safe transit, prior to the goods leaving our premises. We highly recommend recording your unboxing experience in the case of poor transit handling to ensure a prompt replacement, refund or credit.

    Risk and Title
    Queen Sheba ceramics will retain title to the products you order until you have made payment in full for those products, but all risk in the products will pass to you upon their delivery to or collection by a postal or courier service.
